Summary: The condo was exactly as described. It is located on the 11th floor. The parking spot is on the second floor of a covered garage. You go up and down a flight of stairs. The owners were easy to reach and responsive. It fit our needs perfectly and we would gladly stay again.

Summary: A beautiful room and was within minutes of such great restaurants like Scrambled and Waterman's Grill! Took a trip to see whales with Rudees Tours which was only a 3 minute drive from the room. This is one of the few rentals where what you see is actually what you get, and honestly I'd say its even better than the pictures let on! We only had a couple issues but they were simple fixes that The Irvings were very quick to help us fix in just minutes! We plan on returning to Virginia Beach and if we do, we hope this is the place we get to stay again! And if they see this, thank you for hosting our unforgettable trip!

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was cozy, clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and it was awesome to be steps away from the beach & boardwalk. Oh my goodness, I could never get tired of the spectacular sunrises.
