Summary: No parking was available, and the hotel was incredibly noisy. WAY too expensive for the poor service and bad environment.

Summary: The lodge uses a weird smelling oil on their furniture which makes the room smell. Also the receptionists were not very friendly.

Summary: Very cute lodge with great access to Mount Rainier National Park! I have family who live in Packwood so I’ve been visiting the area since I was a child, but haven’t stayed in any of the lodges. This was a treat for sure. The beds were log and had cute bear quilts! Definitely gave that PNW vibe. Only major con I have is the front desk attendant. He wasn’t very friendly or welcoming at check-in, even when I tried to engage in conversation. Maybe he was having a bad day? He seemed standoffish and I got a feeling he just wanted us out of the front office as quickly as possible. Another con (qwirk?) is that the tv just randomly turned on by itself at 4:00 a.m. multiple times. We had to unplug it so we could sleep.

Summary: Beds were comfortable, and room was clean. Couldn’t get tv to work, gave up. Air con and fridge both loud, air con so loud it woke me up. Felt like the place was being run down
