Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly - esp the workers and the cooks on the buffet (we were getting hugs goodbye when we had to leave and they took really good care of us) The only thing we noticed was out by the pool they need more servers and it needs to be more efficient. Its along way from where the outdoor grill/eating area is to where the drinks are picked up and there was only one server most of the time so they had to walk back and forth a lot and it made it slow for the food coming out to the table (and it was a long walk for the server as well) Plus there weren't any servers walking around the pool taking drink orders. Thats my only complaint - everything else was great and we are looking forward to coming back. The price was great.

Summary: I stayed at this resort for 5 nights. Food - excellent, breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were really good. Menu changes everyday. Property - they keep this place really clean Room - it is basic. I really enjoyed the hammock inside my room You can snorkel right front of the resort. There is a little wall of corals and many different types of fish. I even spotted a sea turtle. Big swimming pool in the middle of the resort. It is about 10 minutes walk to downtown ferry port area. I really had a relaxing time at this resort. I hope to come back soon.

Summary: The food selection wasn’t very large, but the dishes they cooked were absolutely delicious. Even though there weren’t many options, every dish was tasty, and you could feel the care they put into it. The staff were incredibly friendly. Being right by the sea made it perfect for snorkeling and having fun all day long. The only inconvenience was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room.

Summary: Excellent week here at hotel cozumel. The best part about our trip was the staff and service. My boy absolutely loved the activities team by the pool. The food/beverage workers were also wonderful. The quality of food there was above average for all inclusives on cozumel island. We especially liked the shrimp quesadillas and shrimp ceviche. The property was very clean. Rooms were basic, and the beds were a bit hard, but the AC worked and it was very clean. Overall a wonderful stay.

Summary: This is a very competitive hotel with excellent service, food and a great value for money ratio. We've stayed twice and would stay again gladly at the first chance. Downside: the property is dated but they have begun to upgrade the rooms. Recommend to stay in the Junior Suite. It's worth the extra money.
