Well stocked kitchen. Great enclosed porch for game nights. Lots of books/games to choose from. 2.5 blocks to soft sand beaches. No gas grill only charcoal. Great house, quiet neighborhood for family vacation.

The house has a good location to main road, very close to the beach and close to many different coffee shops, bakeries, restorants, anbreakfast rooms and other shops. The beach is in a walking distance. The house has nice living and kitchen areas, master bedroom walls need some touch up, bathroom has to be clean better. There is no washing and drying machine. The back yard not in the best condition too.

The house was clean and had some (probably leftover)supplies like trash bags, paper plates and toilet paper. The floors creaked loudly in several spots, so we accidentally woke the baby a few times. Kitchen tools were well stocked including a blender. I would stay here again.
