Positive: Impressed by cleanliness! We had plenty of room, breakfast was more than adequate and delicious. Innkeepers were very gracious and certainly knew the meaning of “hospitality”!
Negative: Recommend having parking lines! Certainly not your fault that people take up 2-3 spots, but lines might help.
Summary: A perfect choice for us. Would stay again if in the area. Already recommended to our MA family.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at the Tern Inn. John and Lisa are perfect hosts and the property is lovely. We wanted for nothing! Breakfast was excellent every day. Ice and water is available, and water bottles are provided since there are no small single use bottles allowed in the area. This thoughtfulness is reflected in the rest of the room, we had everything we could need. Plus there are beach chairs and bikes available to borrow. The location is perfect, with a beach walking distance and beautiful Chatham just up the road. We believe we found the perfect place from which to explore this amazing part of the world.
Negative: Nothing, everything was brilliant.
Summary: Our fantastic stay at the Tern Inn set the tone for a perfect holiday exploring Cape Cod.

Positive: The Tern Inn Bed & Breakfast and Cottages is very unique and it very much different to everything where we stayed before. Not only the family owners are very friendly and kind ,it was very clean and wonderful decorated. The breakfast was delicious,freshly prepared served on porcelain plates with fresh fruits , great coffee and homemade food. We had the best rain shower and a good size bathroom. The king bed was comfortable and the mattress was great. There was also enough storage,fridge , coffee maker and microwave in the room.
