2 Bedroom Condo in Fort Washington

If you prefer complete privacy, this beautiful two bedroom, two full bath condo is for you. The condo is on the upper level and it's all yours. This will be a totally different experience from the one you will experience in someone's basement. It's like having your very own apartment while on vacation. What could be better?
The unit has two large flat screen TVs with Roku Sticks and Wifi. All beds have new firm mattresses for guest comfort with mattress covers and pillow covers to protect against bugs, spills and stains. Nice clean pack 'n play beds, high chairs, books and toys are available on request for your little one. The bed will accommodate children age 2 and under.
There are two flights of stairs to climb; one flight outside and one flight inside the condo.
When available, guest will have access to the club house, however, guests are responsible for any applicable fees and adhering to Condo Association rules and regulations (details upon request).
I'm more of a hands-off host, but available 24/7 when needed.
All guest are required to display a parking pass in their vehicle(s) at all times. Up to 4 parking passes will be provided by the host, however, the guest must return each parking pass to avoid incurring a $200 per pass charge imposed by the Condo Association.
Located just 10 minutes from National Harbor, MGM, Tanger Outlets and lots of restaurants. It's also only a few minutes to Downtown Washington, DC and Virginia. The nearest Metro station is less than15 minutes away. The community has free parking, onsite security and a clubhouse for guest events. If you are not renting a car, I suggest Uber or Lyft. Public transportation is also an option.

Summary: Condo is located close to nearby attractions so everything was easily accessible. Yvette was very responsive and provided many unexpected amenities such as snacks, coffee, etc. Condo is dated and on the edge of a declining area but was very clean and we had everything we needed. We never felt unsafe at the complex, but the Southern Ave metro station (closest one) is definitely in a sketchy area that I wouldn’t visit after dark. That said, it was a great place to stay and relax after long days touring the city and going to a wedding. Great experience overall.

Summary: This property was perfect for our Thanksgiving visit. Located in a nice area that is close to so much. We used Ubers to go everywhere even though the property is nice enough to provide metro passes. Very clean and comfortable and Yvette couldn’t have done better. If I ever get back to this area again I would stay here. Thanks for such wonderful hospitality!!

Summary: Decent area with relatively easy access to DC. Beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are small and just ok, kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals without a problem. Nothing fancy for sure, but over all very comfortable for the cost.

Summary: This property manager knows how to treat her guests! Weeks before our departure she kept us informed and up to date, responding in a timely manner. We found the condo tucked away in a cozy neighborhood minutes from downtown DC. Lots of parking in a quiet clean complex. We found the condo way beyond our expectations, the pics do not do this pad justice. Fully stocked and clean as a whistle this home away from home was close to shopping, metro station, church and resturants. I will recommend this place to my friends and family, have already. Will definitely stay again!
