A spacious, clean, cozy two-bedroom apartment with the river in the backyard. Very close to tons of hiking and biking trails, and Bolton Valley Mountain. Thirty minutes from Burlington. About 25 minutes to UVM Medical Center, 50 minutes from Porter Hospital.
Sleeps up to four. Open floor plan kitchen and living area. Full, brand new kitchen. Deck in the backyard for you, and access to the river.
This apartment is the in-law-suite attached to our main house on the lower floor of a split-level. We are a family of four living upstairs. Private entrance and two guest parking spots.

Summary: Hosts Gui and Liz are wonderful and attentive. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean, lots of towels, and views of the river were just beautiful. It was a great home away from home while we attended a family wedding.

Summary: This property was awesome!! Super comfortable and everything was very well provided. Gui and Liz were great and were always easy to reach with any questions! The area is super quiet as well with a lot of great local spots for food not too far away. Perfect fit for anyone wanting some peace and quiet!

Summary: The apartment was cute and overall clean. The location was nice, close to many trails. Gui was really friendly and got back to us immediately when we couldn't figure out the shower! The property and neighborhood are a bit unkept, and as stated in other reviews it is a bit noisy. You can hear the owners upstairs and the sump pump runs a lot.

Summary: After having spent multiple nights in hotel rooms during a lengthy road trip, we were thrilled to stay in this spacious two-bedroom apartment. The location was great for us as we had family nearby and the apartment was clean and contained everything we could possibly need. Relaxing on the bank of the river in the backyard was a special treat.

Summary: This apartment was perfect for us when we visited family near by for a celebration and needed some extra space. It’s clean and comfortable, not fancy, and has a great location right on the river and very near the nice town of Richmond. It’s also close to lots of great hiking trails. The hosts were helpful, communicative, and nice. We couldn’t have asked for more.
