Located at the Friday Harbour Resort, you will be a 3 minute walk away from the Promenade; a boardwalk by the largest in-land Marina in Canada, boasting shops, restaurants, a convenience store and an LCBO.
You can visit the Welcome Centre to get rentals for kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, golf clubs, bicycles, and beachside cabanas.
Guests have access to:
- Boardwalk / Marina (best walk is at night around the marina and island town boardwalks)
- All shops and 5 restaurants including the beach club, (not including Lake club restaurant)
- beach basketball court,
- 7 km of hiking or biking trails through forest and wetlands,
- beach rentals such as kayaks, cables and paddles boards.
- Nest golf course
Land and Water Activities:
- 200 acre nature preserve, great for hiking, biking, cross country skiing & snowshoeing

You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, soaps waiting for you in the washrooms, and detergent for dishes + washing machine.
You can access everything at Friday Harbour within a 5 min walk, and can leave your car in our underground parking spot.
Also there is shuttle buses running from the building to the Boardwalk during the summer!
There is a shallow end around 1 meter.
Beach club is a 7 min walk and is not included.
If you want to use beach club facilities, you need to go to the Welcome Centre and provide a pass.
Don't forget to bring your fob with yourself everywhere in the building.

Summary: Condo is as described. Very clean and pretty well equipped- could use a baking tray for oven and regular teaspoons as well as a chair other than the couch. I do find when staying for 3 weeks would have been nice to have housekeeping half way thru. There is a washer/dryer so able to wash sheets towels etc. the biggest issue is only 1 fab - not an issue 1 parking remote but 1 fab to get in and out of condo issue when two or more people. We booked condo as my husband was working at new house and there were days I just wanted to do other things but we had to coordinate all our time with being at condo at same time. I have stayed at many condos and given more than one key to enter building.There is no instructions how to use an intercom system either( no intercom in Condo.The condo is well decorated and well equipped- would be nice to have outdoor chairs on patio for nice days. A bit deceiving as says all season resort but hot tub and pool are seasonal. Also, there should be instructions w map of the proximity of the condo to boardwalk and what restaurant/ stores are available. Would recommend this unit as it is modern, clean ,basically well equipped and close proximity to Barrie and Innisfil.Many cigarette butts outside- did not see any garbage cans or cigarette cans for people. The 24 hr park is in a very wet muddy area also so saw lots mud on rugs- although cleaners did clean areas well each day- hopefully that lot will get covered w asphalt in future-

Summary: This little gem of a place is a short 15 minute drive away from the city limits. It is a cozy little home with wonderful things to see. It is a little village that still has construction going on but the beauty of what it is and what it will be shines through. I went down onto the board walk in the evening and with the lights it was magical. The setup was not complete for their holiday festivities but what was there was amazing. I felt like I was walking on set of a Hallmark move. I would really like to come back in the summer or closer to Christmas to see and experience the full excitement of Friday Harbour. I was not expecting to see all of this. What a wonderful surprise.

Summary: The apartment is beautiful, just as you see in the pictures, and the community is very nice, though it was cold and drizzling every night we stayed. The nearby Bay Area is also an added bonus.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay! The grounds were gorgeous and the restaurants were great! We were there for a wedding which was held at the Lake House which was absolutely perfect! We would definitely return!

Summary: We recently came to Innisfil for a family wedding. Many of the hotels were booked and were expensive and frankly looking quite tired. We decided to look for a rental and happened upon this listing. I am very glad I did. We ended up with a modern, clean, 2 bedroom apartment that offered privacy for both my mother and me. The community is incredible. With shops, restaurants, a marina, and a beach, in addition to the hot tub and pool located in the building's private courtyard. Our host provided easy to follow instructions that meant we had an easy check in. They touched base with us several times during our stay to ensure we were happy and had no issues. I would totally recommend renting this unit if you are ever in the area!

Summary: We stayed for 5 nights while attending skating school in Barrie, and it was a fantastic place to use as a home base. The place was spotless, and the location was perfect, being able to take walks on the boardwalk every night, enjoying the restaurants, gelato, Starbucks, and the beach area. We'll definitely stay here again.
