Summary: Iqbal was courteous and always available. My only complaint was that I specifically chose this bldg/unit for use of hot tub which I confirmed. Unfortunately the hot tub was not available anytime during my stay. This put a bit of a damper on our vacation. I had big plans of spending some evg time in the hot tub as there isn't much to do at the resort unless you are an owner and the the shops on boardwalk except for Starbucks close early. Other than that it was fine.
