Positive: Very clean and very convenient. We loved sitting outside with morning coffee. Kitchen very well stocked.
Negative: While there were several fans, there really wasn’t any cross ventilation. It would be more comfortable to sleep with two small window air conditioners. The furniture was so large and massive it was difficult to move around in the bedrooms.
Summary: Chosen for convenience to the plaza and railyard. Very quiet neighborhood which made for a pleasant stay.

Positive: The house is lovely, quite cozy, well-appointed and easy to get to. It's been out together with a great deal of care and style.
Negative: Bed was too high - not used to needing/using a step stool to get into bed so found it awkward and the room was cramped, hard to walk around. Also, it would have been nice.to have a box of tissues available.

Positive: It was a great little Casita. Living room, very well stocked kitchen, two bedrooms and a bath. A nice porch and well located. Such a well stocked kitchen with so many sets of dishes, glasses, serving platters, we could’ve had Thanksgiving for 25 people there, although of course there wouldn’t have been 25 chairs! Four different coffee pots, a toaster, an enormous collection of spices, etc. The owner was very responsive when I emailed her. She came to visit us and brought a couple things we needed.
Negative: Each of the bedrooms have beds that were so enormous you could barely move around. Huge headboards, footboards, armoire. The beds themselves were very comfortable. But it was difficult to just walk around the bed in the middle of the night. In the bathroom, though with new fixtures, there was no place to put a dopp kit or cosmetic kit. No real counterspace. Well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion.
Summary: A lovely place on a quiet street for two couples to stay in Santa Fe.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful home. Spotless! The decor was amazing. It was truly the best Airbnb I ever stayed in. The location was amazing. Everything was a short ride away. The host provided us with plenty of clean towels, sheets and blankets. She also provided us with snacks and toiletries. It was a pleasure staying in her home.
Negative: There was nothing that I did not like about the property.
Summary: Wonderful, amazing, beautiful, peaceful. A dream come true!

Positive: The location is awesome, with a short walk to the main plaza downtown. The Casita is beautiful with everything you need. The decor is charming with candles, pillows, fresh flowers, a large kitchen and comfortable beds and upgraded linens.
Negative: The King size bed is a bit big for the second bedroom, not much room for luggage.
Summary: This is a lovely and charming place for a great week in Santa Fe. I highly recommend it!!
