Bella Casa is an 1100 Sq. Ft. "No Smoking" Condo with 2 King bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces and 2 lovely outdoor private patios. A fully equipped cooks kitchen with gas stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of dishes and utensils, limited spices and oils, full size fridge, iron and board, full size front loading washer & dryer (detergent and softeners provided) as well as basic cleaning supplies. This should make your trip Easy and Relaxing!
Bella Casa is Less than one walkable mile/driving distance to the Plaza, Canyon Road, Art Markets, Grocery Stores and Restaurants! Both King Bedrooms and the Living Area have Flat Screen TV's (Basic Cable and a few extras) as well as Excellent High Speed WiFi. Bring your codes to watch any special channels of your own.
Located on a quiet tree lined residential street in South Capitol, this area is one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods in Santa Fe. High ceilings with exposed Vigas, a light infused kitchen and living area with views to both front and back landscaped private outdoor patios. A Kiva Fireplace with Battery Operated Candles indoors and a Wood Burning Chiminea (wood provided) for those cooler evenings on the Back Patio. Patio Tables and additional Seating are on both patios.
The Highest speed internet available is included, for those working/keeping in touch during their stay. All access codes are displayed in the condo.
Bella Casa is in the Old Trails Condominium Complex which was built in 1983 on the site of a former estate. The condo is located less than a mile from the center of the Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Road. These destinations form a "Circle on the Map" for fabulous walking or driving adventures. We are so close to Downtown that the Saint Francis Cathedral’s bells can be heard on the patios!
If you are traveling with a larger group, I have a few neighbors on the same street who are also Hosts, and coordinating housing is possible when booking in advance.
Enjoy the downtown Plaza located in the center of Santa Fe, Galleries, Artist Studios, Museums, Loretto Chapel, the Opera, Music Festivals, Canyon Road, Meow Wolf, Farmers Markets, and Art Shows along with Excellent Restaurants. A short drive away you will find Wineries, Spas, Golfing, Skiing, Fly-fishing, Hiking, and Cycling!
The Sky Railway departs from downtown at The Railyard and offers trips for Star-Gazing, Music, Wine adventures and More! Truly a Unique Experience!
Day trips are easily accomplished throughout Northern New Mexico including Taos, Red River, Los Alamos, multiple Indian Reservations, as well as many Casinos. Some of my local favorites are the Cooking Classes available at Santa Fe School of Cooking as well as Art Classes of all kinds (even Glass Blowing!) at several local venues.
The Albuquerque Airport is less than an hour away by car with the recently expanded Santa Fe Airport south of the condo only 15-20 minutes away. Both have Rental Car opportunities on sight.
The Two King bedroom & bathroom spaces are separated with one up 9 steps from the main living area and one down 8 steps, which proves to be especially nice for guests privacy. Both of the bedrooms have large closets with plenty of hangers and luggage racks for your convenience.
No matter what brings you to New Mexico, I believe you will truly enjoy your time at Bella Casa! This will be a place to call home while you are away!

Summary: The South Capitol Condo was great. Perfect space and location. Everything was clean and nicely labeled. We loved the 2 bedroom layout and the condo compound had 2 parking spaces. Summary: My husband and I stayed here with our adult daughter and her husband for 5 nights in December. The condo is private inside and out. We found it to be perfect for two couples - great common spaces and private bedrooms. The decor was lovely and we had everything we needed - everything was very comfy and cozy. The two courtyards were great as well and parking was very convenient. The host, Diane was super easy to work with leading up to our visit and great upon our check out. We were an easy 15-20 minute walk to the plaza area and within a 10-15 minute drive to everything else we did on our visit. The host also provides a ton of great info on things to do around town. We all loved the condo and my husband and I will definitely consider staying again on our next visit to Santa Fe! Thank you, Diane, for sharing this treasure!

Summary: We are so glad we booked Casa Bella in Santa Fe for our visit. It more that met our expectations based on the information available on the Internet. From the time of booking the owner was very good at communications and made it clear as to how to gain entry to the property and provided complete information about all the appliances and equipment. We have travelled in many countries and stayed in many apartments/condos so we have a large basis of comparison. Without question, the owner has set up Casa Bella better than any we have ever used. And, even if we had found something about which we had a question not answered in the written information provided prior to the visit or in the unit, it was good to know she was available anytime to help. This unit is totally suitable for short or long term stays as the supplies for personal use and facility maintenance are complete. We were there just before Christmas, so it was too cold to use the exterior of the unit, but for those considering a warmer time to visit, you can be assured that you will also enjoy the very private patio. The unit is well situated on a quiet street just south of the state capitol, which makes it easy to walk to the central plaza or the Railyard complex.
