This house is an updated take on Old Florida; great for a family getaway, a romantic vacation, or a private retreat. It is spacious and comfortable with a large screened-in front porch, a back patio and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. Plenty of space to relax indoors or out. The screened-in front porch has inviting rocking chairs, spans the entire length of the house, and is accessible from both bedrooms. Summary: We love the cozy cottage! This was our 2nd time staying in this great place. The kitchen is perfect for beach cooking. We just love the whole vibe. The beach is divine. Some days, we had it all to ourselves. We will be back next year!

Summary: Thank you so much for this amazing stay!!! We loved our time in Alligator point. The house was absolutely perfect, very well kept, big, comfortable, well organized kitchen, and we loved the large screened porch, and of course the outdoor shower! And it is 30 seconds walk to the beach access and under 2 min walk to the water edge! The beach was very quiet most of the time, surprisingly! The host was very accommodating and very very flexible about our arrival as well as departure, we were very grateful for the late check out. Overall it was amazing that the host replied so quickly! Excellent place, highly recommend!

Summary: What a perfect spot to get away and relax. Alligator Point is an untouched part of Florida and this little bungalow is perfect. A block from the beach, screen porch, beautifully maintained and just lovely. I’ll be back.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay! Everything is simple and all you need. The kitchen is well stocked and the use of space is creative and efficient. Towels and bedding are top notch. We were so comfortable and had a relaxing time reading and playing cards. The beach is literally 2 minutes away. One day we had the beach all to ourselves. We loved being in the trees. Such a great spot. We can't wait to return.

Summary: My family had a wonderful spring break trip here at Alligator Point! The house is the perfect location, we just walked across the street to the beach. We loved how it’s tucked away in the trees and private, yet so close to get to the ocean! It had just the space we needed for me, my husband and 2 teenagers. Very comfortable and beachy! It was a great little getaway!
