The fully-equipped apartment, with 6 beds, is divided into different environments.
The ground floor consists of an open space with large dining area, with a comfortable double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and bidet. At the same level there is also a room with a double bed divisible into two single beds; Always on the ground floor, adjacent to the dining area, there is the kitchen which is equipped with all necessary utensils and detergents. Beyond the kitchen there is a further compartment where you will find washing machine.
On the mezzanine there is another double bedroom and a characteristic bathroom with shower and bidet. On request you can add a camping cot.
In the event that there are not more than two, guests can only use the ground floor with bed, dining, kitchen and bathroom, unless otherwise agreed.
The apartment is also equipped with a large private courtyard with a relaxation area and areserved parking.

Summary: Very clean and excellent location. We were travelling by car, so the on site parking was a godsend. Pietro was great with the communications and very quick to resolve any problems, as well as providing helpful suggestions.

Summary: Pietro was extremely helpful, kind and informative. The house was immaculately clean and well appointed. All the essentials had been thought of, and lots more. The location within the town is ideal for shops, bakeries, restaurants and setting off on a tour. Very secure too. I would recommended without hesitation. Grazie Pietro

Summary: We had the best time in Matera. The location of the VRBO was perfect . In walking distance to every where. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone . The owner was a great communicator and answered all our questions. Matera is an amamazong city to see .

Summary: Great host . Had his stuff very organized even to the extent he had maps of everything. He explained everything with lots of patience and is of very good nature. I will have to come back to the city again because I loved it and I will stay in the same place again because everything from new town, restaurants , grocery stores parks Sassi to old historic town is walking distance. The house also have very safe and secure inside parking for car. The house is on a dead end street so no traffic at all. Owner left so many food items for us. Yogurt, biscuits patties , muffin etc Very generous of him . Great place to stay for families with kids

Summary: Our host Pietro was very welcoming and provided us with lots of information. The accommodation was clean and provided lots of room for 5 ladies (thankful for 2 bathrooms). Location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town of Matera. Lots of privacy and parking available. If we ever get back to the enchanting city of Matera would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The property was wonderful in every way; spotless, attractive, comfortable, private yet very close to the Sassi of Matera we had come to visit. Summary: This is a wonderful property. It’s very clean, has parking and is very well organized and thought out for travelers. The pictures do not do it justice. Pietro was very helpful despite us not sharing a common language. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

Summary: This home was just as nice as the online pictures showed. The home was furnished nicely and was quite spacious. An espresso machine is provided as well as lots of coffee capsules. Nice selection for breakfast as well. Valeria was a delight to work with and she kept in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The secured auto court was so great to have since you didn’t have to worry about parking. The location is excellent as it’s very close to the old town and some wonderful restaurants. Matera was more splendid than we had expected. Will definitely return to thi jewel. Highly recommend the house and the city.
