Beautiful, clean and comfortable- This upstairs duplex is nestled in the peaceful, safe and quiet Brookstone neighborhood in Northeast Columbia.
Less than 5 miles to Sandhills Mall offering many options for food, dining and entertainment. Approximately 1 mile from I-77 Killian Rd Exit and a quick drive to Downtown Columbia. 8 miles to Fort Jackson, 13 miles to USC/Downtown, 4 miles to Sesquicentennial State Park.

A portable electric fireplace is located in the living room, and you are welcome to move it to your preferred space. A small, personal heater and a personal fan are located in the bedroom closet. An electric blanket is located in the living room closet. Several additional blankets are located in the trunk in the bedroom, and the bedroom ceiling fan can also be adjusted to your preferred speed. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold bottled water and popsicles are located in the kitchen. We hope these items will help ensure that each guest in your party is as comfortable as possible.
