Screened Sunroom dining room for all day into night eat/drink/relax. Very private & safe. Sorry, backyard hot tub is not yet in use.

Summary: We had a great time at this cozy cottage. It had everything we needed and Gilles was an excellent host! Turkey and deer made frequent visits to to the property. We highly recommend!

Summary: We stayed here for a week for a family summer vacation. The house was perfect for our family of 4. We walked to the beach each morning and spent our afternoons nearby in Greenport. Giles was easy to communicate with and the property was easy to navigate. Will be back!

Summary: Very tidy and lovely house equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is also excellent - we had a great time cooking and hanging out. We were also particularly impressed by the sunroom - so gorgeous! Giles is a great host and very responsive. Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Summary: What a great stay. Giles was lovely and we tried to treat his home as ours, as I hope you do. Greenport - Super cute. The neighborhood - a stones throw to the beach.
