The charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located in East Marion; a (literal) stone's throw from a private sand beach, a few short miles from the charming village of Greenport, and a short drive to countless wineries and vineyards.
Enjoy spectacular waterfront living on a picturesque property with a heated pool overlooking Gardiners Bay, Shelter Island and historic Bug Light Lighthouse. Wake up to breakfast watching the sunrise over Gardiners Bay either inside the luxurious sunroom or outside on the lovely covered poolside back deck. Spend the rest of the day lounging in the heated pool overlooking Shelter Island, fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding right in the bay in the backyard. Or enjoy a game of bocce on the waterfront bocce court.

The sun room has a pullout queen sofa bed and floor to ceiling windows with views of the water on three sides. The house also features a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen and dining room, and a 2-car garage.
