Positive: Located a short walk to a quiet beach, this property had a wonderful outdoor set up. We grilled out one night and used their firepit on the other night. They even have a cozy set up inside the garage although we did not need it this trip as the weather was very good. It is a family friendly arrangement, and because you are outside of town you can really see all of the stars as well as the sunsets.
Negative: A short welcome paper with all the details about the rental and the amenities along with a set of matching kitchenware/cookware would really take this property to the perfect 10 level.

Positive: Location and ability to walk to private La Conchita beach entrance was awesome!
Negative: Neither bedroom had any working lights so we were moving living room/office lamps at night into the bedrooms so we could have a bit of light. The thermostat control also did not have batteries so wasn't usable.
Summary: Overall, we had a great stay and were pleased with the property.

Positive: It was a beautiful home loved it. We had an amazing time it was one of the best places we have stayed at. We will definitely return hopefully soon. Need to save some money but for sure be returning. Host was great! Loved the location by the beach. Best trip ever.

Negative: There was no instruction manual to be found anywhere. The grill was either out of gas or impossible to open the gas tank, we ended up throwing away over $200 worth of Wagyu Beef steaks we couldn’t cook. Property sits on a street obviously not overseen by any HOA, given the amount of visible junk in neighbors driveways leading to the house. On a good note, there was a bottle of Trader Joes ‘two buck chuck’ waiting for us on display for my wife’s birthday.

Negative: Printed directions how to access the beach would be nice.
