Summary: We loved the space provided by this sweet couple. The outside area is so well kept and is such a good vibe. Island living at its best. Comfy apartment with AC and fans. The owners provided enough towels, beach towels, and toiletries. The current pictures listed do no do this place justice. It has been the cutest most well kept vacation rental we have stayed in. We will definitely be returning guests. The only downside we encountered was the owners had asked us to pay for the water and electricity usage during our stay, I was very confused by this due to it not being mentioned prior to arrival. I explained that the rates could be increased prior to booking or a contract could have been provided upon rental agreement arrangements regarding the water and electricity usage. I have never encountered that aspect of a vacation rental bc typically owners will adjust their rates to cover their utilities or a contract legal binding agreement could have been made at the time of booking. I think the owners may be new to renting and I was giving them grace regarding the utilities manner, however those kinks definitely need to be worked out prior to guests arriving. Other than that minor inconvenience this vacation rental is amazing and away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel chains. We ❤️ Happy Days. We appreciate all of the hard work the owners have and continue to put into the property everyday, the grounds really do show evidence of their hard work.
