Summary: Tina who handled breakfast was a rock star. Went out on her own to get more milk. How does a big hotel not know they were out of milk? The hot water was out completely and they had to order 3 new water heaters so no hot water the 1st day but then ok. Staff very nice but hotel showed signs of age and could be better maintained for sure.

Summary: After a long emergency road trip, we arrived far earlier than expected but were fully exhausted. The kindness & professionalism of the staff blew my mind. Not only did they permit us to refresh ourselves, we enjoyed a delicious, hardy breakfast as well.
