4 Bedroom House in Five Corners, Vancouver

This house is over 100 years old, we remodeled and updated everything. Hoping you find it cozy and welcoming. We have four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge main living room, cozy sunroom, off the kitchen. Beautiful backyard, with fire pit, sandbox, big toy structure for kiddos and 4 swings. I don’t know about you but I love swinging with my kiddos. And a dog yard for your fur friends.
We love this area, plenty of cute shopping and yummy places to eat. You are 10 minutes to Battle Ground, that’s my favorite little town.
And about 5 mins to anything in vancouver I love that we are so close but still tucked away in our half acre lot.
If you like to hike, there are plenty of beautiful trials in the PWN, we are known for them.
And 15 minutes to down town Vancouver.
Night life, it is so beautiful down on the water front with all the lights at night and different restaurants and shops.
There is a cute park, right across the street. With a basketball court and play set for the whole family to enjoy. So bring your bikes and stroll through the neighborhood. ❤️
In the backyard there are some yummy raspberries in season and beautiful sunflowers popping up everywhere. In the front yard, there is strawberries and blueberries, lavender and some beautiful flowers I’ve planted over the years. We hope you have a relaxing stay.

Summary: The house has an interesting floor plan and three different fenced areas in the yard. Many useful items in the kitchen include spices, cutting boards, pans, a toaster, and good coffee for the coffee maker. The yard looks like it will be amazing in the spring-fall. well cared for and probably beautiful - it was cold while we were there, so we didn't spend time outside. We enjoyed our time and appreciated the bottle of wine at check-in. The location is central, so you can get to BattleGround, downtown Vancouver, Ridgefield, Salmon Creek or the Camas area in short order. Easy access to SR-500, I-205, Vancouver Mall etc.Lots of off-street parking - which is good because there are 3+ bedrooms if you want to bring a bunch of people. There is a cute neighborhood park across the street with a playground and walking paths. Thank you for having a great house we could come to over the Thanksgiving holiday!

Summary: My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed there the night before her wedding and had hair and make up the next day. They all said it was amazing and spacious and say thank you for making her morning easy to get ready.

Summary: This is a Very beautiful home spacious and comfortable with a big yard. Had plenty of utensils and towels Amazing plus!! Our family had a great time by the fire pit in the backyard while the kids played in the play set. The hosts were easy to communicate with questions. We 100% Recommend this home if you’re in the area.

Summary: The listing pictures don’t even begin to do this home justice. They have done a great job modernizing an old home. It was comfortable to stay in, A/C a huge plus, had plenty of amenities and the yard was a dream for our family and dogs. They were very responsive to our questions and had wonderful communication. Would 100% reccomend and will look to stay again next time we are in the area.
