Summary: We had a great stay. The place was as advertised and was comfortable with a great decor. Some issues with the TV and hot tub (only ran for 30 seconds at a time) I. Stacy was not much help on first contact but came out the next day to take a look. Unfortunately it was our last day and due to rain couldn't use the hot tub. Overall, would highly recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed our time at the yurt. We selected it for being something different. It was fun. But, the location means you can hear noise from Dollywood and Veteran’s Parkway. Also the proximity of other yurts means you can hear every car door and people on other decks. If you are looking for quiet, this isn’t it. If you want something different and clean, this works well.

Summary: This place is amazing! It is so cozy and just overall cool. There is a hot tub on the back deck that looks into the woods. We enjoyed sitting out there and relaxing. The inside was immaculate and super clean. I felt comfortable not wearing shoes or socks because I could tell the floors had been cleaned very well. The bedroom had a king bed and the size of the whole yurt was plenty spacious for me, my husband and my two children (three years old and eleven years old). They LOVED sleeping in the loft because they could see the stars from the sun roof. They loved hanging out in the hot tub. Overall im just really happy we chose to stay there. It’s close to everything but far enough away from the light pollution to see the stars. I could not recommend this place enough. The price point is amazing. I hope they keep it affordable so people like me who can’t justify spending 200 a night when we’re gone for most of the time can keep coming. My family and I will never forget our cool yurt stay.

Summary: Originally booked a stay for January. A snow storm delayed our trip, Stacy allowed us to rebook with no additional charges. When we arrived for our stay, we found the water had froze. Stacy made us feel very accommodated. The unit was very clean and the location is perfect. Will stay here again!
