Positive: The property is immaculate. There is six of us and it would cost way more money staying in a hotel for those seven days instead of this beautiful million dollar cabin. The host is very attentive and eager to please. They want you to have a good time here. The Mountain View from the hot tub is the best view out of the entire complex. It’s so convenient to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg activities. Literally everything was within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Very convenient. Never felt unsafe on the road. House is well stocked with clean with new items. All the rooms have an en suite bathroom with a ventilated fan. Another thing we liked is the minimal check out tasks, clean up any food/ spills, load the dishwasher, take the trash out. They make it easy. Also appreciated the early check-in since they didn’t have anybody scheduled the day before. Very convenient when you’re coming from TYS. Thanks for the great time!

Positive: Location, pool, cleanliness, game room for older kids, contact, check in… everything was great!
Negative: Front bed was really really high. I had to get the stool out of the kitchen to get in and out of the bed. The pillows and they were are all the same in all the bedrooms.
Summary: Excellent , the kids say we will never stay anywhere else again!
