Summary: We travelled to the area to attend a friends retirement ceremony. The home was clean, neighborhood was quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was easy and we had front row parking. Would stay here again.

Summary: Nice location, lovely condo. My two complaints- the ironing board isn't adequate for ironing and for me and this may be a VRBO thing but the inability to get the address until 24 hours before check in i didn't like.

Summary: Teenage son had golf tournament at Kiln Creek. This place fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and a 2 minute drive to course. Will book every year he plays here.

Summary: Jada was wonderful and the Cozy Condo was clean and spacious. Perfect spot for CNU parents for graduation or orientation. We stayed 6 weeks in our transition from Atlanta into our new home. Jada was so responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Can’t say enough good things about great hosts. Thanks so much!

Summary: Jada was a great host! The ring doorbell & thermostat both had low batteries so I messaged her to let her know, and she had her co-host come by within a couple of hours. The location was within 30 minutes to everything we had done, which was Buckroe Beach, bowling, children’s museum, movies, zoo, & putt putt. My 3 & 5 year old enjoyed the loft area, but it is extremely bright in the mornings since you are on the top floor of the condo.
