Summary: This is a very clean 2 bedroom with a huge backyard that was enjoyed by both me and my dog. My grown daughter and her boyfriend also stayed for a part of my stay and we all enjoyed this very convenient location for exploring the beautiful area. The host was SUPER at communication and I would stay there again for sure when I return to the area.

Summary: My husband and I and our small dog stayed for an extended weekend. The suite is exactly as pictured. It was clean and in a good location. Anne was very quick to respond. Thank you for the stay!

Summary: Lovely house and fenced in back yard for the dogs. Dishes weren't too clean but the dishwasher worked well so we just did a load first before we used them. Washing machine worked well too so we were able to wash out a few things. We just had to hang them to dry after because there was something brown, crusty and sticky in the dryer that we didn't want on our clothes. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and there was a big screen TV in the livingroom. The couch too was very comfortable. The kichen was very well laid out and useable and fridge was full size. Places we wanted to see were also within walking distance. Overall a good stay.

Summary: The unit is cute and the yard is spacious. The location was perfect for us. But we won’t be staying here again. When we arrived we noticed a great deal of long human hair on the floor throughout the suite. And we were really disappointed to pull back the covers of the bed to find the same hair in the sheets. We also noticed nail clippings on the bathroom floor. We communicated with the host who offered us an apology and a small refund. A couple of nights into our stay the upstairs tenants decided to vacuum and clean their apartment at 10:30 at night. When it was still going on at 11:30, we had to go up and ask them to stop. The bedding was poor quality polyester and we found it uncomfortable. There was milk and other leftover food in the kitchen from previous guests. We’ve stayed in several temporary rentals before and had no issues so we were disappointed in this experience.

Summary: Great location close to the beach and mini golf in Parksville. Two good double bed bedrooms and a well equiped full kitchen and a great tv setup. Large fenced yard and a sunny patio with seating for 6 and a gas bbq. Hard to go wrong booking this one.

Summary: Lovely 2 bedroom space that more than met our needs. Surprisingly quiet and private even though it's part of the house. 25 min walking distance to beach and community park. We attended the Rock the Beach festival and it was nice not to have to worry about parking! Lots of little niceties that you may forget to pack like basic toiletries and picnic supplies- paper plates and baggies etc. In suite laundry was nice to have, Communication with owner was great with quick response to any questions we had. Would definately stay here again!

Summary: This property was perfect for our family of 3. It is perfectly located for access to the beach as well as the many other amenities in Parksville. The property owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: My 2 year old daughter loved collecting pine cones in the large fenced backyard. We loved the fact that the unit was walking distance to Parksville beach so we walked to see the sand castle exhibition. Anne (property manager) is very friendly and easy to contact.
