Summary: Super clean and well furnished. Had everything one would need for an easy stay. Thanks for providing coffee and bottles of water! We were in town to see family and for a wedding. The property is very convenient to the White Iron Ridge venue and downtown Smithville. Great experience!

Summary: This two bedroom house is attractive, very clean, and set up considerately for guests. We needed extra sleeping space during a family gathering, and it was a comfortable and restful place to hang out. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nice. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find a Keurig coffee maker and a tea kettle with a supply of coffee pods and tea. It had everything we needed for our visit.
