Summary: Great place to stay! Basement apartment with own private entrance and close to everything. Host was absolutely wonderful, easy to get a hold of and always a quick response. Fenced in yard was great for our dog too!! Location is close to everything and convenient. Would definitely stay here and again and highly recommend!

Summary: The owner was very nice and accommodating. It was a good price and we were happy that we could bring our two dogs. Although, we were not able to use the backyard like we wanted to for the dogs because the grass was very long and the fence doors were stuck open. Also, it was hard to be relaxed at times because we could hear children running and screaming above us most of the time. We also had to buy a candle because we couldn’t stand the smell. The place was pretty clean besides the refrigerator which was dirty, had used Ice cream in the freezer, and a used drink. Other than those few things we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: It is only the basement, but don't let that discourage you. Very roomy, pictures don't show how much room there is very well. We had two adults and 4 children 9 and under and it worked great. Beds were firm and comfy. Neighborhood is lovely and very family friendly. We took our dog for a walk on check in night nice large sidewalks and smiles from everyone we met. The owner was fantastic and made check in and check out a breeze. Would definitely stay again if travels brought us back. Its not the ritz, but bang for buck best deal in KC for per owners!

Summary: The property owner was very nice and was available anytime we needed him. The living area was much bigger than the pictures showed. Everything was clean. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Summary: It isn’t the entire property. It is only the basement. You have to go through tall grass to get there. It has a strange smell. The carpet is coming up on the edges. The beds and futons aren’t made up like the ones in the pictures. We didn’t stay because it wasn’t what we wanted. He did give us a full refund though, so that was nice.

Summary: The property is an excellent value for the money. If you are looking for a Hilton 5 star look elsewhere, but be prepared to pay through the nose. The place was very clean, the appliances work, had good carpet, and was a separate floor, very private. The residential neighborhood is great, the location excellent--easily accessed from major highways and about five minutes from any kind of restaurant or retail store you could want. We stayed during corono-virus shut-down, but when things are open 15-20 minutes from sports stadiums and downtown shows, arenas, concerts, etc. Omer, the owner, was very helpful from beginning to end, making us feel very welcome and cared for--a delight to work with. He alone makes the property worth recommending.
