Summary: This home was perfect for our first visit to the area to attend the University of Illinois football game . The home was very clean, well stocked and looked exactly like the posted pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed in the Champaign/Urbana area. Appreciated the suggestions from the host of what to do in the area.

Summary: Overall super! The cttage is clean and sufficient. The location is excellent. I love the classic Urbana neighborhood and very close to campus. Also great for my dog. The back yard is fenced in.

Summary: Comfy home with great amenities, kitchen stocked to cook if you wanted. Loved the screened in porch & fenced in backyard. Beds are firm and comfortable. Den tv internet was disconnected & PJ sent a great guy out to reconnect after I troubleshooted.

Summary: Love, love, love this cottage. Located in a quiet, charming neighborhood, close to so many neat places of interest. The house presented itself as high end. It was so comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything you forget to bring with you when you travel. It was so quiet, the backyard was perfect for the pups to stretch their legs. PJ really makes you feel welcome and at home. He is quick to respond to any questions you might have. A pleasure to work with. Would I stay here again, ABSOLUTELY!

Summary: The place was great and we and our dogs were comfortable. The fenced in back yard was a bonus to allow the dogs to go out and get a break. Kitchen stocked well enough for heating up food and casual get togethers. I would recommend for a weekend where you want a place to gather 7-8 people for a casual afternoon/evening. The only real negative is the entry to the home is dangerous to get in and out of. The stairs are angled away from the home and narrow. My wife has a handicap and was unable to exit the property without getting down on her butt and scooting down the stairs until she could stand at the bottom.
