The house is newly furnished in June 2022 with a 75" TV, fiber optic high speed 1G wifi with central AC and heating. You can also choose to sip your cup of coffee at the front porch or enjoy evening drinks on the patio facing a large yard.
Kitchen has modern amenities with an adjacent bar area for casual hangout while the master chef is cooking up a storm. Large brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room.
The modern mid-century designed master bedroom has a separate reading area with a king bed. Second bedroom features Scandinavian casual style of living with a queen bed and a desk. Third bedroom whose queen bed faces a large window benefits from the beautiful view of the front yard.
