Beautiful Cozy Cottage nestled on the banks of the Loyalhanna Creek on scenic Darlington Road in the Laurel Highlands. Snuggle up to the beautiful gas fireplace with your favorite book. Watch a variety of shows and movies on the 40" flat screen tv with 100+ cable channels, Roku, Netflix, and Discovery+. The kitchen has a newly installed dishwasher and is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and dishes, etc. The exterior kitchen wall is lined with windows bringing in sunlight and highlighting nature and the outdoors. The Cottage has central air conditioning and heating. An office area is also included with high-speed Wi-Fi, table, a monitor/tv, and a printer. There is a La-Z-boy Chair and a half twin sleeper also in the office/sitting area that is perfect for a third person. A fourth guest can sleep on a new folding ottoman twin sleeper bed located in the living room. Our cottage will now comfortably accomodate 4 guests. A washer and dryer are provided in the basement. It's wonderful to relax on the large deck with amazing views of the beautiful creek below. A Weber LP gas grill is provided for cookouts. Enjoy evenings around the outdoor firepit on Adirondack chairs with your favorite beverage. We provide the firewood and marshmallows! We hope you will plan a future stay at our Cozy Cottage!

Summary: Good location over looking the Creek. The Cottage is well maintained and has everything one might expect with this type of rental property. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for a couple wanting to get away. The bonus is its close to Town that has a lot to offer.

Summary: Clean, large cottage near Ligonier Farmer's market and Hungarian restaurant (Darlington Inn) with charming patio over big creek filled with ducklings and goslings! I could go running up Clark's Run Rd. Super stocked with coffees, smore's and 2 cinnamon rolls. Very responsive owners!

Summary: We had a lovely time staying at the Cozy Cottage for my birthday! We especially loved the gas fireplace and the deck overlooking the Loyalhanna. The owners stock the cabin very thoughtfully, even down to ingredients for s'mores! They also knew it was my birthday weekend so they even had a cake waiting for me! Their hospitality exceeded our expectations.
