Summary: Absolutely love this place! Walk to the beach was close & amazing. They had everything you needed for the beach & actual nice beach chairs. We’ve stayed many places where beach chairs were broken or just really crappy. Not the case here. Property manager was super nice & responsive. Beds were very comfortable. Sheets & towels were really good quality, No complaints. Really hoping this place stays small since it seems everything being built is huge & out of our price range if it’s just me & my husband going

Summary: Great communication and a very responsive host kari.The location was perfect! There is just a short walk to the water. All of the amenities from the beach chairs to the sand toys to the bikes were amazing. Enjoyed our stay for spring break!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could possibly need for beach, fun, and privacy. We were there when hurricane Helene came mandatory evacuation and this house was the only house on the block that didn't get more than 3 inches of water intrusion

Summary: This was our second stay on the island and it was wonderful! The home had everything we needed and then some extras!! I don’t think pictures can do the property justice, I felt like we were in the jungle of a tropical destination. Beautiful trees, plants, and wildlife on the property. Look forward to coming back next year.

Summary: We have visited Anna Maria Island for years always renting a home. The Sea Garden Cottage is the nicest home we have rented and is very well appointed for guests- from a bottle of wine to welcome you to sports supplies and a fully loaded kitchen. It would be hard not to enjoy your stay!!

Summary: Our stay here was incredible! The property itself was amazing: the home was very clean and the most well stocked rental that we have ever had the pleasure of visiting.
