Open for business in 2025! We are ready to host you and your family!!MI Oasis Getaway is a true oasis on both the outside and inside! When you step into our vacation rental, your eyes are immediately drawn to a one of a kind woven bamboo vaulted ceiling and then down to the beautiful Italian travertine tile. Your eye continues to follow the travertine tile to the outside patio. All from the front door!
Want to get around the Island like an Islander by Golf Cart? Rent our Electric 6-passenger Club Car for $500 per week.
The Italian travertine floor is found throughout the home as well as granite in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. A coffee maker with filters and Starbucks coffee provided for those tough mornings and a blender for those smoothies and margaritas.
The dining table seats four with a beautiful view of the front landscaping.
The master bedroom looks and feels like a luxurious hotel room with a King size mattress and soft, bamboo sheets. You also have an incredible view of the soothing rock wall water feature.
The guest bedroom has two extra-long twin-size mattresses with soft, bamboo sheets. Lots of extra bedding is found in the closet.
The master bedroom closet is packed with bathroom and beach towels.
The outside oasis has beautiful mature palm trees and a lush, landscaped yard. We have plenty of games for all ages.
Our MI Oasis Getaway is just 200 steps from the white, sugar-sand beaches found on the Gulf side of Anna Maria. We are also located one block north of Pine Street, directly behind famous Poppo’s Taqueria. This location is ideal if you do not want to rent a car as everything is in walking distance, or via the free Island Trolley.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at MI Oasis Getaway! This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island, and we were so happy to have chosen Katy's property.We are a small family (me, my husband and our 8 year old daughter), so we didn't need an enormous house as so many AMI rentals are. The location is more important to us, and in our opinion, this location was an A. It is a short 1/2 block walk to the beautiful beach and there's plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for nightlife this probably isn't the best location as the surrounding restaurants close pretty early, but it was perfect for us.The house itself was very clean and decorated with a lot of Florida charm. The only drawback for us is that we are not early birds and the bedroom curtains don't block much light, but that is a very small criticism for the overall wonderful property. We did not cook much, but the kitchen was well stocked, and all of the included beach gear is such a nice bonus. There was even a small basket of sunscreen and bug spray. Communication with the host (Katy) was great.In short, I thought this property represented an amazing location and value for Anna Maria Island. I would not hesitate to recommend it and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Summary: We really appreciated the great communication with the owner, easy and well documented check-in. The golf cart was a nice addition, you need one in Anna Maria, parking is limited and everything is so close no need to use our car. Property was a perfect fit for us and our two kids and the location was minutes walk from the beach, pier, shops and food.
