Positive: Beautiful setting and a clean, warm and comfortable bed. Our second stay at the Cozy Cow and always enjoy it's simplicity and well appointed kitchen. Love the fresh eggs!
Negative: Lighting. Add a couple of table lamps downstairs so we don't have those awful bright overheads. The upstairs bath/shower could use some tile/grout work.
Summary: Always a beautiful setting and comfortable house, close to Gettysburg a plus.

Positive: The eggs and milk, very quiet peaceful place close to everything in gettyburg. Enjoyed sitting on porch watching the horses in the evening.
Negative: Needs to have tv's in living room and bedrooms

Positive: The pool was wonderful. The access to the garage was an added bonus as it allowed for a safe location for our motorcycles. The house was beautiful with a lot of space. We didn't see the cows very much, but the horses and new foal were delightful to watch.
Negative: The email concerning the rules arrived the day before check-in with the property rules. Would have been nice to know about them much earlier in the booking process.

Positive: We loved the entire property. The farm fresh eggs and raw milk were an added bonus. The pool was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pans, pots etc. Plenty of towels, sheets, toilet paper, etc. The fire pit was a bonus as well.
Negative: The barbeque grill needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Couldn't get the temperature high enough to brown or sear hamburgers, steak, and hot dogs. Maybe upgrade the grill to a better model with more adjustments for temperature.
Summary: It was one of the best properties our group of 8 experienced U.S. and world travelers have stayed in

Positive: Beautiful house in a wonderful location. Quiet and private but close enough to town. Shower pressure was amazing.
Negative: The fact that there was no TV (we didnt miss it) should be mentioned in the description. The no alcohol rule should also be told upfront and not wait until the email I received the day before.

Positive: There was everything to like and nothing to dislike. Beds were comfortable. It is by far the most stocked B&B I’ve ever stayed in. There was fresh farm, eggs, and milk in the refrigerator for us. I would definitely recommend staying here without a doubt.
