A country/farm setting surrounded by private park located close to Route 83! A hidden gem surrounded by a wooded private park in an equestrian atmosphere. We are located near several wedding venues with Pond View Farm being less than 5 minutes away! Brand new three bedroom two bathroom with full kitchen and living room. Located on a peaceful horse farm in the middle of a beautiful private conservation park. We have lots of trails for hiking that leads to a creek for fishing and swimming just a short hike on the property.Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch while soaking in the views of nature! Enjoy the fire pit and chairs for relaxing around the camp fire. We provide some ingredients for making the perfect s’mores! This is a quiet place to enjoy nature and reconnect with family and friends. Don’t forget to bring your own fire wood or feel free to find your own in the surrounding woods on the property. We are ten minutes from royal farms, grocery’s and restaurants. Greystone golf course and restaurant is 10 minutes away. We are 15 minutes away from Rock State Park home of the King and Queen seat and KilgoreFalls and Geneva farm golf course and restaurant. Pretty boy reservoir is a beautiful 20 minute drive with fishing and canoeing. Lock Raven reservoir and park is a 30 minute drive, Inverness brewery, Fallingbranch brewery, Big truck farm brewery, and Slate farm brewery are all less than a 30 minute drive!
Linens/towels-bedding and bath towels are provided for your convenience.
Smart tv-just log into your own streaming account and enjoy! Stairs-please be mindful there are stairs to climb to enter the apartment. Keys-the home has keyless entry and you’ll receive a code shortly before arrival. Parking-you will receive a message with designated parking instructions. Starter items-we provide some basic items to help with your first night like toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent please plan to pack/buy any additional disposable or specialty kitchen, bathroom, and laundry items required for the length of your stay. Trip insurance-we encourage all guest to purchase trip insurance to protect themselves against any scene or unforeseen events that would prevent or disrupt their trip, including personal emergencies, inclement weather, etc…. Guests are welcome to explore the conservation park surrounding our property. You’re welcome to visit the horses and chickens at your own risk, but please do not enter the fields, stalls, or chicken enclosure. Please do not feed any animals on the property unless you have permission from your host. Children must be supervised at all times. Rate discounts-we adjust our prices to reflect the current market, our location and the amenities we offer. We do not accept discount request. Other things to note: The road leading to the apartment is a single lane gravel road.
The building holds 2 separate apartments, one on each side of the building with private entrances and a large shared parking area.
You may bring your own fire wood for the campfire or find your own in the woods on the property.
Please bring charcoal for the grill if you plan to use it!

Summary: The apartment is spotlessly clean and pleasantly decorated. There are extra towels and blankets. The surroundings are beautifully rural and quiet. However, the paper thin walls separating the two apartments make it not so quiet inside. The master bedroom is excellent - quiet and comfortable. The second bedroom is quiet but has an old mattress with depressions that make it unsleepable. The third bedroom with twin beds is comfortable, but it abuts the adjoining apartment, so you can hear snoring through the wall. The kitchen is minimally adequate. There are errors in the listing. There is no dishwasher and no iron/ironing board. It was difficult to use a computer in the apartment because the only table was in the dining area and it has no electric outlet near it. I ended up putting my computer on the coffee table, but that was very low and made the computer awkward to use sitting on the sofa. One night was cold and I put the heat on. Thermostat was easy to adjust, but did not allow any temperature above 70 degrees for the heat. Hosts communicate well. Entry was easy. We enjoyed walking through the beautiful wooded area surrounding the apartment.

Summary: We had a very nice stay. Very clean and spacious and close to the town where we needed to be. So glad we opted for this VRBO over a hotel as a family.

Summary: This is a great little apartment. The host was great at communicating. Be aware the that if you click the address in the online posting, it will map you to the wrong address. The address in the posting says be thing, but it will map to the wrong place. The host addressed this in their messages but not clear for me catch what was happening. Not a big deal, was only a 15 minute detour. Overall this was a nice stay. There are a few minor things about the apartment that need fixed and would have elevated my score… master bedroom door doesn’t latch, closet door missing, sink sprayer is not attached to anything, and bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) could have been more generous. Also, we arrived at night and the porch was dark making for a clumsy entry. Truly these are minor things, and we overall had a great stay. This is a very rural location. Beautiful scenery.

Summary: We stayed here as it was close to a family function scheduled for the weekend, so we were really on there to sleep, but overall, the stay was great. I would recommend an additional outside light (there is a motion light, but it doesn't come on until you are right upon it). Also, hooks for towels would be great! It rained most of the weekend, so we were unable to use the firepit and make smores, but the smores ingredients were a great idea! Thank you! Cindy

Summary: My husband, son, and a friend stayed here for the weekend. We were in town for my friend and I to run a race, and this was a clean, comfortable place to stay nearby. It had everything we needed. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to explore much outside but we walked over to stay hi to the horses. Check in and out was easy. We would stay here again if in the area.

Summary: My daughter had a lacrosse tournament nearby which is why we chose to stay here. It was clean and cozy. If you are looking to just get away from everything, this is the place for you. It is SO quiet. Super nice change of pace.
