Summary: The train station is next to the property. This was not mentioned in the description. So trains are blasting their horns all night. In addition, it is in a part of town that is being rehabbed. Which means after hearing trains all night hammers and construction start at 7:00 in the morning. Also there is a sign that you must do the dishes before leaving. Then why do you have to pay a 50.00 cleaning fee?

Summary: Needed to be in the Brunswick, Frederick, Charles Town area. This place fit the bill. Convenient, quiet, with off street parking. Great communication with the owners. Would absolutely stay there again.

Summary: We booked this as our honeymoon and it was perfect. Lots of historical places within a few minutes. Several restaurants in easy walking distance. Very comfortable and nice place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Summary: We actually did not get to stay overnight as we had an injury on the Appalachian trail, but prior to, we stopped in for a small break. The property is beautiful, clean, and truly cozy. There were toys for our small kids to play with, and it has everything you need for a nice stay.

Summary: As advertised...comfortable..heat/cooling in individual rooms was nice...cold fridge...great shower pressure/temp...not much space for cooking but that was why we picked it, we atr out and relaxed.liquor store 2 mins up the street...went to baltimore/ fells point(1hr15min) also into WV harpers ferry...short trip..would stay again

Summary: Overall Kim is a lovely host and they made me feel like I could ask them anything My main problem was it was freezing. I couldn't find out how to turn the heat up and i did notice the space heater but it didnt work. The 2nd thing was the construction across the street. And the trains very loud at times but overall inhad a good time .
