Positive: It was clean. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet and safe with cameras around the property. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them.
Negative: The sofa was not comfortable and the two buckets serving as tables were just too small to put much on them. The owners brought a love seat as I asked for it. The kitchen needs some proper wine glasses and there was no colander. The mules were not practical to drink hot tea and coffee out of. There need to be proper mugs. Also, an outside sitting area would improve the apartment enormously. Some loungers with an umbrella as the climate is so good in HB. The pickleball court as stated in the description was not a real pickleball court - there was just a net that was far too small for the game. The owners were forthcoming when I mentioned some problems about the place and went out their way to fix the TV, the smelly heater and the shortage of seats.
