Summary: I recently stayed at Lan’s condo, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The condo is so spacious and beautifully designed, with everything I needed to feel right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a perfect stay.Lan was an amazing host, always quick to reply to my needs, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. I had a last-minute addition to my family trio for our Disneyland trip, and Lan had no problem accommodating us. This is what great customer service is all about! I’m so glad my nephew was able to join us—it made the trip even more special.The condo is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. I honestly can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you so much, Lan and the JKL team, for an outstanding experience. I will definitely be booking this condo again!

Summary: Ample space, good location, quiet neighbors (some nearby street noise). Beds are comfy. Kitchen stocked (even has spices, sugar and coffees). Plenty of hot water for all our group of 6. Covered parking space a plus.

Summary: When you stay in a property for nearly 2 weeks you need some decent furniture to sit in. The sofa (sleeper type) was completely broken down and uncomfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. The two chairs were worse. Our host was very responsive. Laundry room was well equipped and clean. The tub shower had weak water pressure so showers took long to finish. The tankless water heater required running water (wasting) for many minutes before it heated up.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean had most of what we were looking for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Could use a drip coffee pot or more of the pods for the coffee machine. The only negative is that the bedrooms were up stairs, but that is a minor thing for young people. It might be more difficult for older folks. The location is great. Excellent for Disneyland and diving down tot he costal beach towns. Recommended!
