Summary: Eric was quick to response and considerate. We loved how he made sure everything was in order for our arrival. We impressed by the attention to detail. He stocked the kitchen with essentials. He even provided a bug spray on the back porch. The house is spotless. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area next time.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at this property! The house and the surrounding property were absolutely beautiful. It was fully equipped with all the essentials and more—towels, linens, cooking utensils, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home.Our four-legged companion had an amazing time, especially with the spacious backyard and porch. We enjoyed taking a few walks around the peaceful neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. It's quiet, with plenty of sidewalks, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll.The only downside was the road directly behind the house. It can get a bit busy and loud at times, but if you're used to living in a suburban or metro area, it likely won’t be much of a bother.Overall, if you're in the area, I highly recommend this house for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Summary: I would like to start by saying that Eric went advice and beyond to ensure that our stay was amazing. The home was very clean and he did not leave out a thing to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Raleigh. We have rented much larger homes for a lot more money that did not come close to how satisfied we were with this home. We will certainly be staying here when we come to Raleigh!!

Summary: Fantastic property! Amazingly well stocked. He went the extra mile and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. One of our family members left something at the house.
