Summary: The house was clean, communication was excellent with the host. Overall the place was good for us. In amenities it lists Foosball, pool table, and air hockey. These were not available so probably should be taking off of the amenities list. Mosquitoes are heavy outside the front door, but it is next to a lake, so that is to be expected. Beds in second bedroom are more for kids than adults. We were there to work at an event in the area, so it worked out fine for us.

Summary: Very quaint classic Florida neighborhood. The home is beautifully updated, comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful experience. Auburndale has a very nice downtown
