Bring your family and friends to Quadna Mountain Resort to enjoy year round activities such as golfing, boating, swimming, hunting, fishing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, ATV riding and even something as simple as getting away fora while in a quiet up north setting.
Quadna has two outdoor pools, access to the lake, boat docks, 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard and walking paths. We have a community center available that can be reserved for family reunions, special occasions or group gathers.
Hill city is a small town of less than 700 people, but that doesn't stop it from having fourrestuarants/bars, city beach, multiple churches, convenience stores and a dollar general. Another perk of being in Hill City, is that you are able to leave your VRBO townhouse on your snowmobile or ATV, drive into town for dinner and drinks. There is also easy access onto the Soo Line Recreational Trail for snowmobiles and ATV's.
If those activities don't fill up your schedule while you're here, you can drive 20 minutes north to Grand Rapids, which has great restaurants, bars, shops, golf courses and other entertainment. Or you can drive 1.5 hours to Duluth for a day trip and explore the North Shore.
This unit has one two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a loft. The first bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub and one half bath with a toilet and sink. There is one bedroom with a king size bed, and one with a queen size bed, and the upstairs loft has two twin beds with a twin size pull out couch. This townhouse has a full size kitchen with all the amenities to cook meals. There is a gas fireplace, two TV's with cable, WiFi, washer and dryer, and a front patio! The patio has furniture and a charcoal grill as well. And as you can see from the pictures, it is updated and has cute cozy feel to it!

Summary: Property was clean with comfy beds, quiet housing area…we joked it was a 55+ neighborhood however we did see younger people. 😜 Location was right on the trails and the town had a couple of small town restaurants which were good!! Would stay here again!!

Summary: Really enjoyed the property. The house was clean, stocked with all accessories we needed. House was decorated very nice. Loved the floor plan. Beds were very comfortable. The town was inviting. Spent a lot of time on the lake. Would definitely recommend staying at this location and hope to be back again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was a very clean and quiet unit. It had everything we needed. Towels included. The only issues we had were that the Internet wasn't connecting for Wi-Fi access & the living room furniture wasn't very comfy. It was an end unit so very nice for hauling stuff inside. We found a back way to the snowmobile trail so that was a bonus. There was enough room to park our pickup & 2 place trailer. Caitlyn was great to deal with. Very responsive and helpful! I recommend this rental.

Summary: This cute rental was just down the road from the ATV trails. We had enough room to park our three vehicles with trailers. We unloaded there and rode to the trail. The trails are beautiful with lots of places to stop.

Summary: We enjoyed being together and the place was ok for 6 people. The couch was uncomfortable and small. The kitchen didn’t have a serving spoon, a can opener, or a mixing bowl for pancakes. There’s a small map in a binder but I didn’t see it and walked all over looking for the pool and fire pit. We did have a nice time though, truly. Just some inconveniences I hadn’t experienced at other VRBOs.

Summary: There was an issue with the lock box when we arrived but the property manager sent a spare key set over within 15 minutes of calling! The rental was well maintained and super comfortable. We even found a fire pit near by that was next to the community center and perfect for s’more making. The entire family had a wonderful and relaxing time and there was plenty to do for all ages. We especially liked being right by the path that leads down to the boat dock reserved for the units we were staying in. We highly recommend this rental property - 5 stars all the way!

Summary: This is a nice townhouse that has been refreshed. The area is beautiful. We played a round of golf at the nearby course and had fun. We also used the pool and sat on the deck to enjoy an evening meal. Very comfortable.
