Brand new Washer and Dryer and laundry supplies free.Theplace is the perfect all in one vacation spot on offroad trails with lake and golf course as well as hiking cross country ski trails small town charm and home cooking just a short 3 mile ride. .Located on 1,400 wooded acres, the villa has miles of cross-country skiing, snowmobile, and snowshoe trails and sliding. Summer activities include outdoor pool, a nine-hole golf course, tennis court, mountain biking on both natural and paved trails, hiking trails, and Boating and fishing are available on Hill Lake. Stroll along the water's edge, go berry picking, or view the many different species of birds in the area. This area is a vacationer's dream. This lovely resort is a place where families return again and again. Guests will experience the unmistakable peace and solitude of "Minnesota's North Woods", as well as numerous attractions nearby. Visit Forest Historical Center, the Judy Garland Museum, Mississippi Showboat, Grand Rapids and Aitkin shopping, antique shops, Iron World, Itasca State Park (headwaters of the Mississippi), Hill Annex Mine, and the Port of Duluth. Summary: We stayed here for its proximity to the trail system. Property was very clean upon arrival! The pictures are exactly what you’ll see when you open the door. They have games for family/adult fun which which led to a lot of laughs for us in the evening. Doyle was very responsive and a great host. I had the opportunity to meet him in person prior to checkout, and had great conversation. We will return for our annual trip next year.

Summary: We were there for a family memorial in Grand Rapids which was a ways from where we spent our days, but the facilities fit our needs and the manager was very thoughtful in making sure stay was fun. We flew in from out of state and being in a functional home-like facility with appliances and supplies made trip less stressful. And, the snacks was nice. thank you, Peggy
