2 Bedroom House in Bean Station

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake view home! Come stay at our newly renovated two bedroom lake home. We are conveniently located near German Creek Boat dock along with several other boat ramps within a few miles of the house. The house offers plenty of room for multiple truck and trailers which has been perfect for fisherman. Enjoy a day on the lake with a pontoon rental from Huff’s German Creek Marina. The marina is only a four minute drive making it a convenient location. Also our lake home is only twelve minutes from Clinchview Golf Club. We are less than an hour from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. Morristown is also within a fifteen minute drive with several restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater.
There are two bedrooms to this home. The
master has a queen bed and flat screen tv. The
other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed.
There is also a pull out sofa bed in the main
living area.
The kitchen will have a Keurig with some k-
cups provided. The kitchen will have cooking
utensils, bakeware, toaster, and microwave.
The refrigerator does not have water hook up
therefore ice will have to be replaced in the
trays found inside or you can buy bags of ice at
the Dollar General that is located 0.2 miles
from the house
The TVs in the house will be available to
stream your favorite apps but you will have to
log in to these using your own accounts.

Summary: This was the perfect spot for our small group. The house itself has been updated and is very comfortable. The host was very accommodating. Checking in and out was easy. We hope to stay here again the next time we are down chasing fish on Cherokee.

Summary: Was exactly as described. The view is awesome and was very easy to get boat and trailer in and out. On a busy highway but knew that going in so very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this little house. It's in a beautiful location thats off the beaten path while still being very convenient. Theres a Dollar General a mile away if you need the basics & Hannah's Cafe is even closer. I highly recommend their burgers & onion rings! Our host was easy to communicate with when needed while still giving us complete privacy during the stay. House looks just like the pictures provided by expedia/vrbo. Our trip to Bean Station unfortunately wasn't for relaxing, we were busy cleaning out a family members home so it was very nice to come back to this little house at night & relax. A/c worked well, kept us nice & cool, washer & dryer worked great, fridge was ice cold & roomy. For our needs this place was great & I would recommend it. Just remember, it's in the country so you're going to see bugs, you're going to have to drive about 15 minutes to get to a town that has restaurants, etc. & you're going to have to be able to navigate curvy roads. I grew up in this area so I'm used to it, in fact, I prefer it, but it may not be for everyone. I would absolutely rent this little place again & in my opinion the host is awesome. Perfect combination of helpful without being intrusive.

Summary: Every was as advertised, was there to practice for a fishing tournament and location was good to use different ramps and not have to drive an hour to get to different parts of the lake. Had 3-4 ramps within 20 minutes

Summary: We stayed here for one of our son's state fishing tournaments with Tn Bass Nation. We were a little far from the ramp where the blast off was but the location could not have been more peaceful. (We honestly wound up using another ramp (Grainger County Park) to launch from anyway because the blastoff ramp was kind of cramped.) The lake is across the street and provided a beautiful view each morning. The one sunrise I was able to witness was breathtaking! This little bungalow was perfect for our needs and provided a quiet place to relax after the day of fishing. The driveway had plenty of space for our truck & boat trailer and there was a plug accessible for charging. We would definitely look into this property again in the future when visiting the area.
