This unit is located on the main floor of a 6 unit chalet. After a long day enjoying your favorite outdoor activities, unwind and relax in your personal 2 bedroom condo, fully equipped with all the essentials, including Air Conditioning! We’re just minutes away from all the Ski Hills in the area, Copper Peak, Black River Harbor, and Silver Street!
Other Things to Note:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Summary: Was as advertised. Close to the hill and perfect for a couple or family of 4. It is very outdated but works. I would stay again but would try to get top floor as you hear every footstep if someone staying above.

Summary: Attentive and kind management. The walls are thin, the interior is a bit cold and could use warmth/ decor/ plants. The fireplace didn’t work which was a bummer. We were told that they are in the process of a renovation and there will be a game room in the basement. Perfect for when there is a lot of snow up there. Unfortunately there wasn’t when we stayed. Hiking was gorgeous.

Summary: We weren’t at the condo much…only to sleep and get ready each morning. Very cute place, with several down home extras (some DVD’s, baggies, games, etc.) It’s an older building, that appears to have been recently painted on the outside. Walls & floors are thin, allowing us to hear conversations and every move of the people in the room above us, but we were glad they weren’t throwing parties each night). Beds were comfortable. We waited until the last minute to go back to the condo to grab our luggage, coolers, etc., and left several things behind in one of the bedrooms (who does that?!), and the manager notified us and we were able to have someone else pick them up for us. One piece of feedback on the VRBO App: it was very confusing and unclear how to extend our stay by one night. It would be very helpful if there was a clear option to do so
