Summary: We were very disappointed with the listing description, this is not a three bedroom. It is a two bedroom home with an attic space they have renovated into a loft and it is open to the main living space. The house was otherwise great, our kids ended up sleeping on the floor of our bedroom because of the open loft and the temperatures in the loft. The house was a great location, close to amazing local restaurants and activities.

Summary: It was a perfect place to stay for a friends wedding. The check-in was easy and I was able to add an extra night at the last minute. It is a small house but plenty of room for 3 adults. Very cutely decorated and clean. Great views and location is close to Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs.

Summary: Small clean cottage in a wonderful location for us to visit with our Cadet during Parents Weekend. We were able to eat good food and hike in the area without having to go into the Springs. Very quiet neighborhood. Owners were easy to communicate with and check in/check out was seemless.

Summary: We rented this property for a friends reunion. This location was absolutely perfect for the 5 of us. Everything was very clean and well organized. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with plenty of supplies so that we never ran out of TP, paper towel, towels, garbage bags, and coffee. Communication was also fantastic. I thoroughly recommend this property and am so very happy we found it!

Summary: My family, which includes a toddler,stayed for 2 nights while attending a wedding at the Spruce Ranch Event Center. This cottage was just perfect for our stay and had all the amenities we hoped for. Manager Tye communicated quickly and provided us with local suggestions and help. We loved the daily deer visits, the stunning views and the outdoor furniture to fully experience Palmer Lake. The only thing one needs to be aware of is that the roads are rather steep to the property and are gravel, but we were able to navigate them withoutf a problem. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Summary: Our daughter had her wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch. This cabin and location was perfect for us. We were close to Monument to get groceries, beautiful view of Lake Palmer with close hiking trails and restaurants within walkable distance. The cabin was clean and cute with friendly deer who visited us on a daily basis. Don't worry......we did not feed them but they sure liked the apple tree in the front yard. Easy to find and we had the most beautiful views of the mountain side. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Comfortable cottage in the hills above Palmer Lake. Great views of the lake and town below and mountains all around. Several cozy sitting areas outside for relaxing and enjoying the view. Well apportioned. Peaceful and quiet. A great jumping off point for visits to Monument and Colorado Springs. What's not to like?
