Summary: We stayed in this apartment for the weekend due to my daughter having a softball tournament in the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had anything you could possibly need. There was a problem with the lock code to get in, but Pam responded within minutes and fixed the code. She even suggested places to eat and was super helpful with anything we needed. We have never had such quick and friendly treatment before. Thanks for making our weekend great! Will stay again for sure.

Summary: From the beginning, the owner wanted my email to communicate rather than through the VRBO website. The description should have listed it was in an apartment complex. The outside door did not lock. You could hear all the neighbors in the building and the doors were very thin. The touchpad lock code did not work so I had to call the owner twice to unlock it for us remotely. The coffee maker read it needed a filter change, and the kitchen seemed dirty, so the only utensils we used were spoons and I washed them before use. The toilet also did not flush well. Whoever was watching the many apps on the TV likes horror movies so be careful when you turn it on if kids are around. You can’t avoid the pictures on the Home Screen. The bedrooms were clean.

Summary: Nice 2 bedroom property with nice flat screen TVs in each room. We were there for a reunion so we basically just slept at the unit at night. We had two cars so parking was a bit of a problem when we go home late at night. Convenient to shopping.

Summary: There were issues with the reservation as VRBO allowed us to register when there was another guest already staying there. The host was gracious and put us up in a nice hotel. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The lights on the outside of the building were burned out and the upstairs light in the hall was burned out. Coming into a dark building, down a dark hall was not great. That being said, everything else about the stay was good. Be sure you can climb to the second floor to stay in this property. It was a good bargain and worth considering! We felt safe and the apartment was well maintained.

Summary: I was hesitant because cozy usually means small, but this apartment is quite spacious. I received very clear directions on where to find the key and all the necessary codes well in advance of my trip. The full kitchen was handy. I never could get comfortable on the sofa (husband had no issue) but the bed and pillows were fantastic. My only complaint is regarding cleanliness. The bathroom vents looked like they'd never been cleaned out and it was off-putting. The bathtub looked clean, but its caulk was so poorly done that it made me doubt its cleanliness. Also, a pool is called out in the booklet left on the table but after walking around the complex we never did find a pool. Was at least a 20 minute drive to everything we did in Cleveland which was fine and expected. Other reviews mentioned parking issues but we never had any trouble finding a spot nearby in our 4 days. Overall a positive experience.

Summary: So you know, me, my hubby and 4 grandkids (16 y.o. boy, 12, 8 & 3 y.o. girls) stayed in the condo, checking in Friday evening and checking out Sunday morning. It was probably THE WORST weekend weather wise. It started raining Friday evening while at Huntington beach and didn't stop until afternoon Saturday. Then it was cloudy, breezy and too cool for beach day as I had planned. Along with ruined beach plans, COVID restrictions for stores and restaurants left us little choice for where to eat dinner Friday night. HOWEVER, this condo helped to make the weekend trip with the kiddos real nice anyway! Free wi-fi, Netflix, comfortable furniture for lounging, anything and everything you would need for eating in except the food! But this property owner provided a quite comprehensive list of stores and restaurants for carry-out. So our beach weekend with the grandkids turned into a cozy, bonding, movies and junk food get-away to remember. As mentioned in other reviews there is an odor in the hall many adults will recognize, and the parking is definitely first come first serve, but the memories we made with these kids will always be worth a couple small issues.

Summary: We showed up at the check-in time to find an open lockbox and no key inside. No one answered the buzzer, so we had to fend for ourselves until we called the manager. The lock was being replaced but no one had notified us. It was over an hour and a half later that we were able to go back and get in. This was clearly unacceptable. Otherwise, we found the apartment inside very clean and comfortable. The hallway has an odor and neighbor was abit noisy but with the air conditioning and TV this was not a problem. I would like a refund for the first night's stay. Thank you.

Summary: We loved it. Really clean and cozy. Gave us a home feel. Walking distance to Walmart and Target. Plenty shopping up the street. The parking was bad though. Fend for yourself kind of deal which was our only annoyance.
