Newly remodeled home has HEATED POOL (only heated In the winter months) , a master suite with private bathroom, walk in closet, and two additional beach themed rooms. You will have the entire house to yourself including the (15'x30') 7ft deep pool with patio furniture that is completely screened in. The backyard is also completely fenced in for your privacy. You can also enjoy cable TV in all the rooms along with WiFi. The property is a cozy place to relax in whether your with your friends or family. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans, small appliances, iron & ironing board, and a pack an play. There is a charcoal grill for guest use along with all grilling utensils. Washer and Dryer available for guest use. The pool is cleaned twice a week and lawn is mowed weekly. There is also ADT surveillance & security on the property for guest use with your door lock code, one camera on the doorbell, and another on the driveway. There are no cameras in the back of house by the pool for guest privacy. And let's not forget you can see the space launch from the back yard and the beach is less than 10 minutes away!! Summary: Saying that you have a heated pool in the winter months and your equipment is not working is false advertisement. I was there for 5 days in hopes that the pool was heated. I contacted the owner days before I arrived and they said the pool was heated and that the heater was already on. All 5 of my days the water was very cold. The heater was not working properly. The advertised heated pool was the main reason for booking. The living room needs to have new furniture. Once you sit on the furniture, you sink down very low. Thel ocation was close to convenience stores, gas stations and shopping areas. The neighborhood looked a little shady at first but once you got to the house it was a decent neighborhood and it was quite.Lots of condiments for cooking.Casey, the property manager responded in a prompt manner, but couldn't resolved the heater issue. Quiet.quiet.furniture.working.

Summary: Quiet neighborhood. An older house that has been remodeled and modernized, very nice pool and well maintained. The internet is 5G, smart TV's in all bedrooms. Host is great and easy to communicate with. I give it 5 stars!

Summary: The swimming pool area and pool was dirty I found a snake in the pool I dint go back in that pool for the remaining it the stay your washing machine doesn’t work your refrigerator door doesn’t close properly you need to replace what doesn’t work Thank you

Summary: We had a great time during our stay. The weather was not on our side for most of our stay but the house was soo cozy had no complaints. Tuesday I’m the sun was out and the weather was great we enjoyed the pool.

Summary: This was our 3rd time staying at this house. We really like the place overall and the pool is great. Although we did have issues with critters moving around in attic. Had to contact property manager who was able to get an exterminator out to investigate. Turned out to be rats, they set traps and it was an ongoing process throughout the 2 weeks we were there. Other then that issue it was great!
