You deserve time in the warm sunshine, swimming in the crystal clear waters, and getting away from all the stresses of home. If you already know where you’re headed to Melbourne, Florida, This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, Pool house with Private Hot Tub is just waiting for you. You won’t be disappointed.
This house is Beautifully furnished with a modern Zen Vibe. Private Pool in the back yard with plenty of pool accessories for lounging. Each room is fully furnished with its own style. The master is not available to guests (there are TWO other rooms available). You can comfortably sleep a maximum of 2 people per room in the other 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, Ceiling fan and choices for all pillow types of sleepers. The house is located in Melbourne Florida. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. 5 minutes from The Brevard Zoo and The Avenues of Veira. The air-force base and Beach is a 15 minute drive.
Kitchen is fully stocked & furnished with all the cooking supplies you need. Including a Keruig coffee maker. A natural gas Grill is also available as a cooking option. Washer and dryer available. Pool is conveniently located right in the backyard. Awesome MOVIE ROOM with over 100 movies to watch. As well, as reclining movie chairs. Very close to lots of local restaurants. Several gyms within a very short driving distance. The house is surrounded by lots of golf courses. If you love to golf this is the perfect place for you. If you don’t want to travel with your clubs. I have a Men’s Taylormade Pro set and Women’s Cobra set available to rent for your stay. You are one click away from your home away from home!!!! If you need a ride from the airport that can be arranged as well for a small fee. Nearby airports are Melbourne, Sanford and Orlando. Hope to see you soon.

Summary: The host was very easy to communicate with. The house felt like a home away from home. Definitely the cleanest we have stayed in. The movie room was a perfect way to unwind after a long day at the ball field. But only after a swim and relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you again, Brandi and we plan on coming back!

Summary: This house was perfect for our stay. Great backyard with plenty to do and a grill for outdoor dinners. The house was spotless and the owner provided everything we could possibly need. There are charging stations in every room, plenty of towels, recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, etc.Communication with the owner was prompt and efficient. We will definitely return to this property next year if our daughter plays at the USSSA stadium (only 10 minutes away).Highly recommend!

Summary: Brandi's house was in fantastic shape and the location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near I95. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including accesories for the pool. We would book with Brandi again.

Summary: What a wonderful stay! The property is super clean and cozy and the backyard is dreamy, we had such a nice time. Brandi was an incredible host and super communicative (and even gave us a sweet welcome gift - a small stuffed animal for my toddler! So thoughtful!) Also the movie room is adorable and a great place to chill after a delightful day by the pool. Highly recommend!

Summary: Beautiful house. Pool and hot tub were perfect for morning and evening swims. Check in and out process were great. Close drive to beach and Orlando. Brandi was very responsive. Will definitely stay on her properties again!
