Positive: The house itself was very nice! No complaints there.
Negative: We were woken up many times by the train nearby, as well as the traffic noise. To be fair, I understand there’s not much that can be done about it, but it’s noticeable. Also, one of my friends noticed that the bed he stayed in was a little squeaky when he moved a certain way. On the whole though, not a bad house by any means!

Positive: It’s cozy, clean, beautiful, and a much better value than any hotel in the area. Our family played basketball in the backyard and watched movies in the living room at night. It was close to the beautiful downtown, beaches, and restaurants.
Negative: I would have liked access to the laundry room.

Positive: Location was great as it was a quick drive to all the surrounding popular areas. It was a cute and quaint home that was inviting and comfortable.
Negative: Only thing I would say that we had to adjust to is the noice level of the traffic and the train. It honestly wasn’t terrible and definitely nothing that can be controlled. Other than that, everything was perfect!
Summary: Our stay was very comfortable and so much better than a hotel!
