Summary: I picked this property due to convience of the location to the Ark and having a small dog and it being rural. I loved the ability to not have to stay at a hotel. I had actually based on photos thought the property outside home might be a bit larger but thats ok. The area and farms around are absolutely beautiful and well kept everywhere. I love fall so this helped. The property had everything we needed.

Summary: The house was clean and welcoming. We had a nice visit. The only negative was the mattress in the 2nd bedroom had a dip in the middle and my daughter and her husband were very uncomfortable. I still rated it overall a 5 star because all in all it was a nice place.

Summary: What a great spot! Location was perfect, views were amazing and house was just a comfortable ranch. We had a great visit, owner responded to a concern faster than I expected. I would recommend this spot and didn’t want to leave that back porch!

Summary: BEAUTIFUL FARM AND ENJOYED THE COWS. ALSO WE ENJOYED THE FIREWORKS. WE WOULD LOVE TO STAY IN YOUR HOUSE AGAIN. PLENTY OF ROOM FOR THE FIVE OF US. THANKS FOR VERY CLEAN AND NEAT FARM HOUSE FEEL HOME. BEANS WAS A VERY NICE PLACE TO EAT AND DONUTS AND COFFEE WERE DELISH!

Summary: We loved the home and the yard. Very clean. The front bedroom queen bed was lovely and plush. The back bedroom queen needs replacement. I moved to the bunkbed bc we both rolled to the center of the bed and it felt like I was sleeping in a hole. The bunk bed was fine. Overall, it was a great place and the owners were helpful with our questions. We loved the outside porch and beautiful sunsets.
