Summary: We have stayed at several places all over the country and this one was outstanding. It was exactly as described and they went above and beyond to help out our stay. The process for check in and out went smoothly and no pressure at all. This is a place I would recommend to anyone to stay and would stay again myself in a heartbeat!!

Summary: This home was excellent for our 31 day stay. The home was well furnished and very cozy. Close to the Ark Encounter where we worked. Jeff and Tammi, our hosts, were the best.

Summary: The property is almost new and is absolutely perfect for a small family, or just for two. My wife and I stayed here while we visited the Ark and the location is perfect. Very quiet and the little house is perfect. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: Our stay couldn't have been better. Jeff has included everything one needs to feel at home, no shortcuts were taken in furnishing the accommodations. Top quality in everything from the linens to the furniture to the appliances. Lovely view from the deck and close to town but yet far enough away for piece and quiet. Jeff was very attentive to us. Couldn't give a higher rating to Jeff and his rental house.

Summary: Beautiful home, perfect location for visiting the Ark. I would rent here again in a heart beat! Check in was so easy and Jeff responds within minutes when contacted, he is a great host with excellent communication. The house has everything that you need and even has little extras not mentioned in the posting. Beds were comfortable, and the whole place is very clean. Nice quiet area, was pleasantly delighted with the rental, and great value for what you get.
