Summary: We can recommend the “Roomy Ranch” to anyone…especially if they are visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum! The house is nicely decorated and comfortable, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there is an ample supply of towels and washcloths. The hosts are quick to respond and the visit was wonderful!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this home during our trip to the Ark Encounter! Upon arrival, we all commented on how spacious it was and how clean and updated it was. We had a total of 10 people in our group, including two young children, and we had plenty of room. The home had everything that we would need - towels, bedding, kitchenware, etc. The location was very convenient to the Ark, restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. It is close to the main highway so we used a white noise machine for our little one to drown out any road noise at night, but it didn't seem to bother him at all. The check-in and check-out process was easy to follow and the owners were in contact with us during the stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone and would definitely stay here again ourselves. Thank you for sharing a wonderful, clean, and spacious home with us.

Summary: We flew into Cinn. and wanted to stop at the Ark, forty min. from Cinn. on our way to Pigeon Forge. This was a great stop over point, was comfortable and relaxing. We had breakfast at "The Bean" and dinner at "La Rosa's Pizza" much more than pizza and both very good. The Ark is very impressive and worth the visit, give yourself a day to enjoy it all We spent two nights. Went for a walk in the neighbor hood in the morning before our four hour drive to Dollywood. Thanks for letting us stay.

Summary: We stayed at this house in order to attend an Ark Conference and have a small vacation. Everything was just as we needed: simple, convenient, clean, nicely decorated, and a responsive host. Would recommend this experience without question.

Summary: This was a great spot for our famiy to get together. It was half way from those of us traveling from New England & those from Texas. Very nice neighborhood & close by stores/restaurants. It was also very close to the Ark Encounter, & not to far from the Creation Museum.
